Requirements

• A semi-technical understanding of blockchain technologies and Web3, with the ability to analyze whitepapers and technical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when it comes to creating analytical content and research reports
• Ability to think outside the box, approach problems creatively, and wear multiple hats to get things done
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and delivering results
• A passion for learning, with an eagerness to grow both personally and professionally

Responsibilities

• Take initial ownership of urgent research tasks that are critical to company strategy. This includes researching blockchain technologies, market trends, and business operations
• Provide actionable insights from research to inform key decisions made by senior leadership
• Write detailed, well-researched Web3 or blockchain-related articles, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate with various teams, including business development, operations, and product, to ensure that research aligns with business goals
• Conduct deeper research into high-impact opportunities, working on projects that may not be immediately urgent but offer significant value to the company over time
