Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting IPsec VPNs, OSPF, and BGP in enterprise environments
• CCNP, JNCIP or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, security, and performance of a client’s Network by supporting their cryptography solution
• Manage & Resolve Incidents: Analyze issues and implement holistic solutions, configure, troubleshoot, and support cryptography solution, IPSec VPN solution, provide technical support to customers, support Major Incident Investigations, real time client communication and troubleshooting for critical client impacting issues
• Responding to Service Requests and Managing Changes: Configure, plan, install, maintain, and optimize cryptography network devices, design, schedule, and implement maintenances
• Documentation: Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference, create end user documentation for known issues
