Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across various industries
  • Analyze RFPs to extract content requirements, filter opportunities, and create action plans
  • Develop initial frameworks and presentations by pulling from past content or creating tailored solutions
  • Support team members through the pitch process, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure success
  • Work with PR and marketing teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Assist in creating case studies, website content, social media assets, and other marketing materials
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote agency visibility
  • Manage new business leads and track progress using HubSpot or other CRM tools
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for better efficiency in proposal development and client acquisition efforts
  • Conduct initial client discovery calls to screen potential leads and clearly communicate opportunities to internal teams
  • Ensure all tasks related to RFP responses and presentations are managed efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver materials on time and within scope

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
  • Familiarity with various industries and their unique challenges
