Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM tool
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries
- Analyze RFPs to extract content requirements, filter opportunities, and create action plans
- Develop initial frameworks and presentations by pulling from past content or creating tailored solutions
- Support team members through the pitch process, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure success
- Work with PR and marketing teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Assist in creating case studies, website content, social media assets, and other marketing materials
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote agency visibility
- Manage new business leads and track progress using HubSpot or other CRM tools
- Suggest and implement process improvements for better efficiency in proposal development and client acquisition efforts
- Conduct initial client discovery calls to screen potential leads and clearly communicate opportunities to internal teams
- Ensure all tasks related to RFP responses and presentations are managed efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver materials on time and within scope
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
- Familiarity with various industries and their unique challenges
