Responsibilities

  • Support evaluation of inbound new business opportunities by gathering background research, client information, and organizing key materials ahead of initial meetings
  • Help maintain and update agency credentials, case studies, and supporting materials for new business conversations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new business materials reflect the agencyโ€™s current work, capabilities, and points of differentiation
  • Manage and update internal trackers and reporting to ensure visibility across new business pipeline activity
  • Serve as one of the day-to-day points of contact for Media Audits, RFPs and RFIs, managing timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal teams
  • Assist in drafting and assembling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and credentials requests, ensuring materials are polished, strategic, and client-ready
  • Support the development of audit deliverables, organizing key insights on performance trends, opportunities, and optimization areas across paid social, search, programmatic, and other media channels
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to collect relevant information, case studies, and insights for pitches
  • Prepare pitch materials, meeting collateral, and presentation support for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate audit findings into strategic recommendations for new business conversations
  • Help prepare meeting briefs, background research, and strategic notes for leadership ahead of prospect or consultant meetings
  • Track and maintain updated CRM records for all new business and partnership activities
  • Support coordination of relationship-building activities, consultant communications, and ongoing follow-ups with potential clients
  • Conduct research on prospective clients, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to support new business strategy
  • Share findings with the Executive Director of Partnerships and leadership to inform positioning, outreach, and pitch preparation
  • Participate in post-pitch reviews to capture learnings and contribute to refining internal new business processes
  • Help maintain and organize the agencyโ€™s new business materials, case study library, and knowledge management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to digital media, performance marketing, or analytics is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with agency operations, performance media platforms, or business development processes preferred
  • Experience with CRM, project management, or media analytics tools a plus
