Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and vibrant office environment by engaging with employees and visitors, promoting a welcoming atmosphere, and proactively addressing needs with enthusiasm and energy
- Ensure the office is properly maintained and supplied by managing the relationships with various facilities and service providers
- Provide administrative support in managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc)
- Update and ensure compliance with office and work health and safety regulations - keep policies and documentation up to date, organizing regular check ups
- Assist in planning and arranging events
- Actively collaborate with other departments with various initiatives, processes and documentation management
- Book and manage employees business trips (flights, accommodation, business cards etc)
- Organize and update the company's discounts programs
- Arrange and coordinate gifts for business partners and other employees
