Summary
Join Wellmore Holdings as their Head of Omnichannel Growth and architect a unified customer acquisition strategy across various channels. This senior role focuses on maximizing brand value from marketing investments, driving profitable growth, and prioritizing long-term customer value. You will develop and execute omnichannel growth roadmaps, manage significant media budgets, build influencer programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with various marketing channels, and proven success scaling media budgets. You will also mentor junior marketers and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in growth marketing within the CPG industry, particularly in health and wellness.
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role at an omnichannel CPG brand (health & wellness preferred)
- Proven success scaling paid media budgets >$5M with measurable contribution to topline growth and profitability across DTC, Amazon, and retail
- Deep fluency in media buying and planning across digital (Meta, Google, TikTok), Amazon Ads, and retail media
- Strong command of MMM, attribution tools, and incrementality frameworks
- Competence with Looker, PowerBI, or similar tools for cross-channel analytics
- Ability to balance long-term customer value and short-term performance metrics
- Skilled at translating financial models and margin dynamics into tactical media decisions
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, retention, finance, ops, and creative
- Holistic thinker who sees channels as interconnected growth levers, not silos
- Operator mindset with comfort in ambiguity, complexity, and speed
- Clear communicator with executive presence and team leadership capability
Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly and annual omnichannel growth roadmaps that align media investments with brand strategies, contribution margin goals, inventory availability, and cross- channel dynamics
- Define allowable CACs per channel based on LTV, AOV, promotional mix, and halo impact (e.g., campaigns that lift both DTC and Amazon)
- Present investment tradeoffs and performance forecasts to executive leadership with clear rationale for sequencing and upside/risk balance
- Own $5M–$15M in working media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, retail media, and emerging channels—optimized for blended CAC and long- term value, not siloed ROAS
- Build and scale an ambassador, affiliate, and influencer program with a focus on content repurposing, whitelisting, and channel amplification
- Partner closely with Amazon and retail leads to coordinate paid media, DSP, and in- store lift strategies that reinforce brand and product demand across all channels
- Collaborate with retention (email/SMS, loyalty) and site optimization teams to ensure acquisition strategies support long-term value and repeat rate improvement
- Integrate growth planning with finance, ops, creative, and supply chain—ensuring alignment on inventory coverage, margin thresholds, and campaign readiness
- Manage external creative and media agencies, holding them accountable to omnichannel KPIs and ROAS-to-LTV impact
- Own growth analytics, including blended ROAS, CAC:LTV, halo effect quantification, and incrementality testing
- Lead implementation and refinement of MMM, attribution platforms, and Looker/PowerBI dashboards to measure both online & in-store performance
- Drive a culture of first-principles testing and media efficiency, constantly iterating based on channel trends, cohort behavior, and market feedback
- Mentor and develop junior marketers and cross-functional collaborators with a focus on systems thinking, test-and-learn agility, and business impact
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture grounded in strategic clarity and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated CPG environments (e.g., FDA/FTC-compliant marketing)
- Direct experience with Amazon DSP, retail co-op media, and advanced affiliate/influencer programs
