Requirements
- Prior experience in a Customer Support, Sales Representative, or Inside Sales role, preferably within retail, distribution, or B2B sales
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong time management and organisational skills, ensuring efficient follow-up and customer engagement
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment while staying connected and engaged with a global team
- Willingness to work beyond standard business hours (e.g. to engage with Australian Head Office) and travel as required to drive success in the North American market
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound B2B enquiries from retail partners, resellers, distributors, and Commercial/Fleet customers
- Provide email and phone support to Quad Lockβs B2B customers across North America
- Deliver pre-sales support including product selection, ranging advice, and order guidance
- Support with post-sales queries related to invoicing, warranty claims, returns, and general customer service issues
- Review and approve new reseller applications and onboard new B2B partners to ensure long-term success
- Support external field sales representatives (independent and distributor-affiliated reps) by providing customer insights, order assistance, and sales tools to enhance customer engagement
- Leverage the Quad Lock B2B Portal to efficiently reach and support customers at scale
- Guide customers on how to navigate and maximize the use of the B2B Portal for seamless ordering and account management
- Assist in processing orders as required, ensuring accuracy and a smooth customer experience
- Provide order support for Commercial and Fleet customers, assisting with bulk purchases and special account management needs
- Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and maintained within NetSuite, Shopify, and Monday.com
- Identify opportunities to grow sales across independent retailers and Commercial/Fleet customers by driving initiatives to expand product penetration
- Work closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and sales outcomes
- Provide insights and feedback to support ongoing product development and customer experience improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an omnichannel sales environment, including online and in-store retail operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems, order management software, and sales support tools, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, NetSuite, Shopify, and Monday.com
- Previous experience in industries such as Motorcycle, Cycling, Outdoor, Action Sports, or Automotive
- Understanding of Quad Lock products, categories, and applications (or ability to learn quickly)
