Join Lightspeed as an Onboarding Coordinator and guide retailers through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they successfully complete transactions within a set timeframe. - A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and consistently following through on tasks and responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Guide retailers through the onboarding process, including assisting with test transactions and ensuring they successfully complete 10 transactions within a 14-day timeframe
- Schedule and coordinate calls with client trainers and implementation consultants as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of each retailer’s onboarding journey, tracking milestone achievements and maintaining detailed records of client interactions
- Proactively monitor onboarding progress, keeping up-to-date forecasts of clients expected to reach 10 Completed Days (10CD) each week
- Capture and relay client feedback to Product, Sales, and Operations teams to support ongoing improvements to the onboarding experience
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes by streamlining workflows, introducing new tools, or creating standardized procedures
- Monitor high-priority tickets and escalate critical issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution and a smooth onboarding experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of the retail industry and retail commerce tools
- E-commerce experience
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Intermediate Google Sheets or MS Excel skills
