Summary
The job is to onboard sellers at Anrok, a company specializing in sales tax and VAT management. Responsibilities include owning the customer journey, tracking and optimizing the onboarding process, being a product expert, engaging with data, partnering with various teams, developing new operational processes, and supporting strategic projects. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in implementation, account management or customer success roles at a top-tier tech start-up, strong project management and communication skills, entrepreneurial attitude, passion to build a business from the ground up, and experience with billing systems like Stripe, Quickbooks, Netsuite, Xero. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, account management or customer success roles at a top-tier tech start-up

Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey from the onboarding kick-off through the ongoing scaling of their business
- Track and optimize the onboarding journey on their path from domestic to global compliance, supporting them through video calls and email communication
- Be a product expert who is able to navigate customer questions and guide them to success on how to utilize Anrok
- Proactively engage with data to monitor and support customer growth without getting in the weeds
- Partner with our Tax and Solutions Engineering team to resolve any roadblocks that might arise
- Develop new operational processes, playbooks, and tracking mechanisms to scale onboarding for customers as our team continues to grow
- Help support and execute strategic projects related to improving efficiency and enabling our customers to self-serve
