Summary

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement or equivalent
  • Experience building and delivering impactful onboarding programs/curriculum for quota carrying positions in a fast past environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and operate the GTM onboarding program
  • Collaborate with Enablement and GTM leaders to revamp and roll out comprehensive new hire onboarding programs
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to ensure that onboarding content and delivery effectively support new hire ramp milestones
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create onboarding materials and resources for GTM new hires
  • Manage role-specific certifications that help demonstrate sales readiness
  • Identify and schedule additional SMEs to lead specialized sessions (product/industry specific sessions)
  • Monitor skill development of new hires and help manage individual development plans with sales leadership team
  • Work closely with Revenue Ops partners to monitor and maintain reporting on onboarding effectiveness across the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with COM or additional sales methodologies and MEDDPICC qualification criteria
  • Expertise in using enablement tech including Learning Management Systems (Workramp, Docebo, Brainshark, etc), Content Management Systems (Seismic, Highspot) and Knowledge Management Systems (Guru)
