Summary

Join us as our first Onboarding Manager! This fully remote role requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing to demo our product, meet sales quotas, follow up with leads, and assist customers with buying decisions. You'll also manage customer accounts, providing support for their influencer marketing campaigns. This position demands strong people skills, experience in product demos, and CRM familiarity (HubSpot preferred). We offer a competitive salary ($2000 USD/month), annual performance bonuses, two weeks of PTO, and a fully remote work environment within 3 hours of the PST timezone.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for tracking leads, taking notes, and following up with potential customers
  • Can fluently speak and write English
  • 3+ years experience in the influencer marketing space
  • Have previous experience doing product demos for software
  • Have previous experience using CRMs like HubSpot
  • Can consistently hit sales quotas
  • Can think critically and offer solutions to customers and potential customers in the form of our product
  • Are culturally aware
  • Thrive in async work environments where they are expected to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Perform demos of the platform to potential customers via video call
  • Follow up with potential customers, solve problems and answer questions about the product
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers ensuring their success on the platform
  • Meet monthly sales quotas
  • Assist potential customers with buying decisions
  • Proactively reach out to customers via email and do video calls when necessary to ensure they are accomplishing their goals on the platform
