Onboarding Specialist

Summary

Join Trax Retail as a fully remote Onboarding Specialist, based in Central America or Mexico! This role focuses on training new app users and retail representatives on the Trax Retail merchandiser app. You will guide new hires through the onboarding process, answering questions, scheduling start dates, and assigning projects. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, experience in customer service or sales, and the ability to build strong relationships. Availability to work weekends is mandatory. Requirements

• Availability to work both Saturdays & Sundays is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an Advanced English level
• Excellent English skills (written & spoken)
• Customer service or sales experience —you should be confident on the phone!
• Great at building connections and keeping people engaged
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Introduce and onboard new retail reps to the Survey Merchandiser app
• Train new users on how to use the app and complete merchandising tasks
• Manage schedules and assign reps to projects
• Follow up with new hires to keep them engaged and ensure they start working
• Solve onboarding issues with the support team when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM, ATS, or resume databases is a plus
