Onboarding Specialist

Summary

Join our team as an Onboarding Specialist and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional onboarding experiences for new properties. You will leverage HubSpot and Guesty to manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring accurate data entry and client satisfaction. As a key liaison, you will address client inquiries, provide training, and collaborate with internal teams. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience in property management or customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM/PMS systems and ability to quickly learn new software
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding process, including property data entry, configuration, and quality assurance
• Ensure property details are accurately recorded and aligned with client specifications
• Act as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, addressing inquiries and providing clear guidance
• Train clients on system functionalities, ensuring they understand best practices for system use
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding workflows and address client needs
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to optimize the onboarding process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and tools, including HubSpot and Guesty, to deliver effective support
• Develop and share onboarding reports and updates with relevant stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM) and Guesty (PMS) is a plus
• Experience in onboarding preferred
