Software Onboarding Specialist

• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
• Ability to work in a high volume environment
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
• Ability to think through problems and prioritize tasks based on their relative importance
• Impeccable communication, both written and verbal, and presentation
• A high degree of commitment and resilience as you work to enable the best outcomes for your customer
• At least 1-year of experience working in a SaaS company in a customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on the Okendo platform and solutions
• Take ownership of new customers and manage their successful onboarding of the Okendo Platform
• Build strong relationships with our customers to understand the goals of their business
• Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met and customers are onboarded according to established KPIs
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between the customer and the rest of the Okendo team
• Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in Okendo
• Lead consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the product features
• Build, own, and execute customer onboarding plans

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Shopping
