Responsibilities
- Responding to customer support queries through Backoffice, social media sites and email
- Troubleshooting all queries using a logical approach
- Working to the set service levels and KPIs
- Recognizing any issues and alerting the line managers
- Delivering excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Supporting other members of staff within the team
