Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and data analysis)

  • Essential: Own vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Support the selection and evaluation of candidates
  • Onboarding new hires (delivery of PPE, access cards, etc.)
  • Accompany workers throughout their process with us (in terms of timekeeping, absenteeism, sick leave, etc.)
  • Monitor service and resolve incidents
  • Interlocution and constant feedback with the client
  • Internal training at the client to provide support in timekeeping review tasks and the creation of different internal reports

Preferred Qualifications

Valuable: Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar
