Summary

The Operations Analyst role at Kronos Research involves handling day-to-day capital operations and account management tasks, serving as the primary contact for trade-related inquiries, collaborating with technology teams to implement system enhancements, and working closely with Quantitative Researchers and Software Engineers. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree or above, be familiar with current workflows and tools, and take responsibility for various projects. Since crypto trading runs 24/7, the night shift is expected but an allowance is provided.
