Requirements

• Have a successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in a technical or economic field) or up to 2 years of professional experience in a similar field
• Set high quality standards for yourself and others, and demonstrate a can-do mentality that motivates others
• Have excellent team skills and passion to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
• Be interested in the energy sector and energy economics
• Speak fluent German and English (B2)

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth operation of operational processes (e.g., customer changes and customer service)
• Take care of quick and satisfactory solutions in case of disputes
• Improve the operational workflow by introducing automated processes and standardized workflows
• Have a desire to delve into energy-related topics such as market and EDIFACT communication
• Work together with the Customer Service Team to ensure top-notch customer support
• Answer customer inquiries promptly in customer service (phone/chat/email)
• Take responsibility for your own tasks and bring independent ideas and suggestions
