Summary
Join Signify Health's operations team as an Operations Analyst and contribute to improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. You will leverage data analysis to forecast production, manage capacity, and optimize provider utilization. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, collaboration with various teams, and the ability to implement process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience in planning, forecasting, or capacity management. Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Logistics or other related field or equivalent professional experience/education
- Minimum of 2 years of successful relevant work experience, preferably planning, forecasting, capacity management, productivity optimization, or logistics management
- An ability to identify trends and data patterns and to make recommendations, accordingly
- Demonstrated operations performance evaluation via analytical methodology
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite; especially Microsoft Excel and overall strong application adaptability
- A team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
Responsibilities
- Develop short and long-term data-driven production forecasts to maximize Client acceptance opportunity
- Constantly communicate with Production Management Team to meet daily capacity fill goals and long-term strategic Client goals
- Lead demand planning, supply planning, and forecasting for assigned capacity regions
- Install processes and standard operating procedures behind Production capacity platform utilization
- Evaluate targeted member lists and volumes to maximize provider utilization, assign strategic geographical provider locations, and drive operations volume allocation
- Develop, maintain, and evaluate operational reports as requested by Operations leadership
- Contribute regularly to planning meetings with the Director of Operations Analysis and Operations stakeholders
- Utilize geographical routing analysis techniques to provide regional opportunities and isolate capacity allocation gaps to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate across multi-functional areas of the organization, including but not limited to: Production, Member Engagement, Technology, Network Services, Client Success, and Clinical Services to meet time intensive goals
- Communicate key insights and findings to Operations team leadership, including problem identification, process improvement, and systems inefficiencies
