Join the Aptos Foundation as an experienced Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Treasury and Operations. You will manage and optimize the general operations, partnering with various teams. This highly visible role involves developing and executing strategic plans for operational efficiency and scalability, managing resources effectively, ensuring operational support for growth initiatives, conducting data analytics, and implementing risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, at least 5 years of experience in optimizing operational processes and resource management, and a preference for experience in Web3 and blockchain ecosystems. Requirements

• Strong background in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in optimizing operational processes and resource management
• At least 5 years of operational experience
• Ability to work as a self-starter with a significant amount of autonomy
• Comfortable with analyzing data and leveraging analytics to influence decision-making
• Strong track record of interfacing with key stakeholders from different departments
• Strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates sound, consistent, and trusted judgment
• Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with leads and individual contributors
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and scalability within the organization
• Support key functions including finance, grant administration, human resources, and technology
• Manage resources effectively, including infrastructure, network resources, and human capital, to support the growth and stability of the platform
• Ensure operational support and alignment for initiatives that enhance ecosystem growth, community/developer engagement, and partnership development, fostering a synergistic relationship between operational efficiency and ecosystem development
• Conduct data analytics to help understand trends and identify opportunities for efficiencies, including both within the organization and relative to industry peers
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within operational processes and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate them
• Fulfill and work other duties and responsibilities as they come about
