Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure quality standards and timely delivery
• Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery
• Create systems for inventory forecasting and manage stock levels across distribution channels
• Establish partnerships with 3PL providers and set up efficient fulfillment networks
• Lead logistics operations, including customs clearance and freight forwarding
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain product excellence
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for long-term partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with logistics software and supply chain optimization tools
• Experience in consumer or professional hearing protection products or related industries
