Operations Associate

Summary

Join Fresh Prints, a NYC-based custom apparel startup, and contribute to the growth of a million-dollar company. As part of the Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in managing supply-chain logistics, quoting, timelines, and addressing licensing questions. You will work closely with the team to handle 20,000+ orders annually, directly impacting over $37 million in revenue. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing company and involves coordinating logistics with multiple vendors, optimizing costs and profit margins, and ensuring timely order delivery. You will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with other team members. This is a work-from-home position with a base monthly salary between $400 and $700.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
• Comfortable learning and navigating different tools and platforms
• Multi-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline oriented approach
• A proactive mindset: flags issues early, follows through, and seeks clarity when needed

Responsibilities

• Work with the operations team to directly contribute to Fresh Prints’ revenue growth
• Assist the operations team with addressing queries from internal employees and campus managers
• Share pricing quotes and estimated delivery timelines using available tools and resources
• Proactively flag delays, inconsistencies, or errors that could affect pricing or delivery
• Complete assigned tasks with high attention to quality and efficiency
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to help the team scale
