Summary
Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as an Operations Sr. Associate. You will provide operational, administrative, and go-to-market support to the Alliances team and Veeva partners. Responsibilities include managing partner onboarding and renewals, handling legal and financial documents, supporting partner communications (newsletters, social media, web updates, events), and liaising with various teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Reporting and communication of partner metrics
- Presentation slide design, ability to follow brand style (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google applications
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Regular website listing updates
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to maintain a flexible attitude and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Motivated and possessing the ability to work independently and as a team player with little supervision
- Fluent in verbal and written English
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sign-on and renewal process for partners
- Navigate legal review and handle financial document information
- Support partner renewal process
- Presentations/web/social media post design
- Manage webpage updates/listings
- Manage and improve upon existing processes and reporting
- Liaise across multiple teams, finance, legal, marketing
- Address partner administrative tasks (LMS support, Veeva.com , employee queries)
- Data management across multiple platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Experience writing newsletters
- Experience maintaining/handling large lists of contacts
- CRM experience
- Basic HTML / CSS skills
- Knowledge of WordPress, Zoom, and LMS systems
- Marketing Automation such as Marketo Engage
- Basic design skills, e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Express, etc
- UX copywriting
