Operations Associate - Logistics

Summary

Join Careem's Supply team as a field-based employee and contribute to the success of their Captain community. You will onboard and activate new Captains, distribute promotional materials, provide on-ground support, conduct compliance checks, manage Super Captains, and support Captain engagement. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, good technical literacy, and experience in field operations or similar fields. Requirements

• Strong passion for improving lives through operational excellence and customer service
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Confident and proactive communicator with a hands-on approach
• Good technical literacy and familiarity with mobile apps and reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate new Captains
• Distribute SWAG and maintain distribution records
• Provide real-time, on-ground support to resolve Captain issues
• Conduct field checks for compliance with standards
• Manage and coach Super Captains
• Support Captain engagement and communication
• Monitor competitors and share insights
• Assist with product rollouts and pilot tests
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in field operations, logistics, or ride-hailing services is a strong advantage
