The job is for an Operations & Data Analyst Intern at Pretto, a fast-growing fintech company that simplifies and streamlines the process of finding mortgage loans. The intern will work on various topics related to the core strategy of the company, collaborating with different teams to make the platform more robust.

Requirements

• Student of a prestigious engineering or commerce school

• Has coding skills (SQL, Python, Ruby...) and wants to apply technical knowledge in practical applications supporting the company's growth

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and performance of the platform (40%): Creating new lines of code (Ruby) to build a platform conforming to the market, managing the real-time flow, data modeling for performance tracking, analyzing deep data to identify areas of improvement and maximize productivity of the team, setting up new KPIs and required data remount with the team
• Structuring and process of the sales team (30%): Defining new performance tracking processes, preparing and leading weekly meetings with management, creating and implementing a tool for tracking deals on Salesforce
• Setting up and following projects (30%), such as creating algorithms for scoring via machine learning, refining bank tables and indicators in collaboration with data engineers
