• Systems-Thinking: Leverage first principles thinking to surface systems-level inefficiencies and architect high-impact interventions across critical operational functions within the marketplace
• Data Analysis (SQL): Convert raw data into strategic insights that drive customer-centric decision-making across all phases of the project delivery lifecycle
• Project Ownership: Own high-visibility projects and work closely with other stakeholders (e.g. Product & Engineering) to design and deploy new features & flows that drive maximum customer value
• Process Design: Map out user journeys & SOPs across various touchpoints, identifying pain points and opportunities for process optimization
