Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and productivity improvements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team
  • Excellent change management skills, with experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the business continuity of EVS Services
  • Oversee Capacity planning for all activities in the Evaluations Services (Ratings, IQ) and support budget planning to optimize resource capabilities and support the company’s ambitious growth objectives
  • Manage capacity according to actual workload and inflow to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the EVS department
  • Utilize data-driven approach to establish metrics that ensure high-quality service delivery, productivity gains and continuous improvement
  • Lead process optimization initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies and drive productivity improvements
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team
  • Monitor EVS risks and mitigation plan
  • Lead change management efforts to support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and strategies across EVS
  • Provide training and support to the team to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new practices
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring team members
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation
  • Set clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operations with organizational goals
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on operational initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience managing BI and Salesforce functions
  • Experience in a sustainability or environmental solutions company
