Summary

The job is for an Operations Assistant role at Aspire, a leading finance operating system for growing businesses in APAC. The role involves assisting the service delivery team in managing daily operational tasks, providing first-level support to customers, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of payment gateways and financial transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to be working from office 4x a week

Responsibilities

  • Assist the service delivery team in managing and coordinating daily operational tasks
  • Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and performance indicators
  • Provide first-level support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to payment processing
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Prepare regular reports on service delivery performance and customer feedback
  • Participate in identifying and suggesting improvements to service delivery processes
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and product development to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Previous internship or part-time experience in a customer service, operations, or technical support role is a plus but not mandatory
  • Able to work in a dynamic team with fluid team structures and responsibilities
