Summary
The job is for an Operations Assistant role at Aspire, a leading finance operating system for growing businesses in APAC. The role involves assisting the service delivery team in managing daily operational tasks, providing first-level support to customers, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of payment gateways and financial transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to be working from office 4x a week
Responsibilities
- Assist the service delivery team in managing and coordinating daily operational tasks
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and performance indicators
- Provide first-level support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to payment processing
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Prepare regular reports on service delivery performance and customer feedback
- Participate in identifying and suggesting improvements to service delivery processes
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and product development to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous internship or part-time experience in a customer service, operations, or technical support role is a plus but not mandatory
- Able to work in a dynamic team with fluid team structures and responsibilities
