Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program operations, data management, and process execution, preferably in a managerial role
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, sorting, data manipulation)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, OneDrive)
  • Ability to manage programs autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage
  • Experience in automating workflows and optimizing efficiency
  • Reliable work setup, including high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage skilling programs, including applications, onboarding, and scholarship tracking
  • Engage participants to boost program completion through communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain and analyze program data, updating metrics and identifying improvements
  • Automate repetitive tasks, refine processes, and optimize outreach with AI tools
  • Professionally communicate with stakeholders and craft clear email correspondence

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Airtable, Canva, and AI platforms like Beautiful AI
