Join Jordan Digital Marketing, a remote-first digital marketing agency, as their Marketing Operations Manager. You will be a trusted operational partner to clients and the internal team, focusing on maximizing marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include marketing ops audits, managing and optimizing marketing technology tools, automating processes, and ensuring accurate lead flow. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, create and maintain dashboards and reports, and assist in developing forecast models. This is a part-time role with full-time potential. Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, data orchestration tools, visualization tools, and database tools
- Experience with tools including Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Tag Manager, GA4
- Experience in AdTech & MarTech, including conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and digital marketing attribution
- Be a positive, energetic, and solution-oriented team player with a can-do attitude
- Be a strong problem-solver, self-starter, and creative thinker
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct marketing ops audits for clients to identify areas of opportunity
- Manage and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and buyer intent tools
- Automate processes, including cross-application integrations and workflow enhancements
- Set up and support conversion tracking for client advertising campaigns, including advanced tactics like CAPI, enhanced conversions, and offline conversions
- Ensure accurate and efficient lead flow processing, including routing, deduplication, and data hygiene to maintain a high-quality database
- Support campaign operations including email marketing, automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve marketing-sales alignment, including lead handoff and pipeline reporting
- Own the design, creation, and maintenance of dashboards and reports in client tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Looker Studio, and Sheets
- Maintain data integrity across platforms to ensure reliable analytics and reporting
- Build reports that provide a clear view of marketing metrics and trends, enabling fast and impactful decision-making
- Assist in the development of forecast models, attribution methods, and measurement frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Segment
- Experience with MMPs and app measurement
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools
- Experience with predictive analytics and advanced attribution modeling
