Responsibilities

  • Track the handling of VIP incidents, including escalations and adjusting priorities
  • Be a single point of contact towards Service Delivery Managers
  • Update the Operation Manual and the operation processes
  • Measure and report operational SLAs
  • Coordinate knowledge transfers and trainings related to the operations and maintenance of the public cloud platform
  • Control the incident handling of Squads within OTC Operations and handle the related interfaces towards other units
  • Measure the efficiency of incident handling, performance of squads / individuals, tracking efficiency
  • Prepare, coordinate and evaluate DR tests, fire drills
  • Coordinate the testing, introduction, usage and development of operation tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Cloud
  • Experience in optimizing operational processes
  • Team-management experience
  • At least 1 year of Operation Manager experience
  • At least 1 year of Service Delivery Manager experience
  • ITIL Foundation certificate, and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in agile IT operations
