Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Operations within SaaS industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience & Proficiency in Adobe Marketo
  • Proven experience in designing and optimising campaign management processes
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Proficiency Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in designing and implementing effective campaign management processes
  • Utilise analytical tools and metrics to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns
  • Analyse customer lifecycles and contribute to strategies that enhance conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise campaigns at each stage of the customer journey
  • Review existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Work towards enhancing efficiency and scalability in all marketing operations
  • Engage closely with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, provide analytical insights, and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns
  • Foster strong relationships to align operations with marketing objectives
  • Learn from a team of experienced operations professionals who thrive on automation and scalable processes
  • Continuously enhance your skills and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing within the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with working on the data requests from marketing teams and/or direct hands on marketing experience
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution analytics
  • Familiarity with Braze
