Join d-Matrix, a leading innovator in memory-compute integration, as a Contractor, Operations Management. You will play a crucial role in driving ERP implementation and defining business processes across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, material planning, inventory management, and logistics. Leveraging your extensive experience in high-tech manufacturing operations and supply chain management, you will establish efficient processes, select partners, and implement WMS modules. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor and hardware industry. The position offers a hybrid work model with options for remote work in the US or India.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 15+ yearsโ€™ hands-on experience in Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management in High-Tech industry (Semiconductor and Hardware) with a strong understanding of E2E supply chain functions including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, inventory, material planning, capacity planning, factory execution, forward logistics and return logistics
  • Prior experience driving ERP implementation in High Tech industry with direct knowledge of one or more prevalent tools such as Oracle, SAP or NetSuite

Responsibilities

  • Define the business architecture, establish business process and drive ERP implementation for the following overarching processes
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Establish an E2E Material planning process covering ASIC vendor, HW ODM and relevant sub-tier suppliers aligned with the Procure-2-Pay business architecture
  • Implement Inventory Management and Tracking process to maintain real-time visibility of assets, open liabilities and E&O exposure across the supply chain and drive process rigor for monthly close
  • Participate in partner selection and drive setup of Fulfillment node(s) incorporating effective forward and reverse logistics processes and implementing WMS modules in selected ERP system
  • Define and deploy Standard Cost process aligned with negotiated commercial terms with all Mfg partners
