Join Vultr's Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as a Salesforce RevOps Administrator to drive revenue operations excellence. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Strong understanding of RevOps processes and CRM best practices
- Experience with reporting tools and process automation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Salesforce systems to support revenue operations
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
- Implement data integration solutions and maintain data quality standards
- Design and deploy lead scoring and opportunity tracking systems
- Build comprehensive reporting dashboards for revenue insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Develop and document best practices for Salesforce usage
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Lead system updates and enhancement projects
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification
