Requirements
- Project management experience in a client-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power BI
- Proven experience in process optimization and data analysis
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Familiar with tools like WordPress, Hubspot, Slack, and Zoom
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly workstream leads, SCRUM, Open Office Hours, and sales review meetings
- Oversee project P&L management, including budgeting and financial analysis
- Help drive organizational efficiency across sales, marketing, and client delivery
- Lead team meetings, take notes, and ensure action items are followed up on
- Implement and optimize systems to enhance operational performance
- Assist with client compliance reporting and track project progress
- Ensure proper onboarding and support for team members
- Support tools and systems to ensure their full potential
- Maintain and update SharePoint and HR systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or with tech companies
- Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools
- Leadership skills and experience managing a remote team
- Knowledge of tools like Bamboo HR and Quickbooks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
