Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing workflows, overseeing client projects, managing budgets and invoicing, coordinating team tasks, supporting marketing campaigns, analyzing data, managing client and vendor relationships, assisting with hiring and training, and implementing software tools and automations. This full-time, fully remote position requires strong marketing operations knowledge, project management experience, and proven skills in workflow development and automation. Requirements
- Marketing operations knowledge
- Experience managing projects, budgets, and deadlines
- Proven skills in developing workflows and automations
- Solid understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
- Leadership experience: delegation, coaching, and performance tracking

Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and optimize internal workflows and processes
- Oversee client projects to make sure theyβre on time and within budget
- Track profitability, manage budgets, and oversee invoicing
- Coordinate with our team, assign tasks, and track performance
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution
- Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide reports
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors, including contracts
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Implement software tools and automations to improve efficiency
- Build out org charts and scalable systems for future growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in marketing or operations management
- Experience in small, remote marketing agency setups
- HighLevel marketing certification
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads certification
- Experience using ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
