Summary
Join DuploCloud as a part-time Marketing Operations Manager and develop and implement processes, technology, and data strategies to enhance marketing efficiency. This remote role, approximately 20 hours per week for three months (with potential extension), requires a strategic thinker with B2B software experience. You will lead marketing technology stack optimization, enhance data strategies, collaborate on dashboards and reports, and optimize campaign processes. Responsibilities include building lead scoring methodologies, defining email marketing strategies, conducting A/B testing, and aligning marketing with sales objectives. The role also involves developing training programs and managing organizational change.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, including managing headcount and working with leadership
- Bring deep expertise in full-of-funnel strategies that fuel conversion and measurable pipeline growth
- Have successfully defined and deployed privacy and consent management procedures to comply with regulations like GDPR and CCPA
- Understand how sales, finance, marketing, and sales development interlock from a planning perspective
- Prove your ability to translate data into insights that drive business outcomes
- Demonstrate global project management experience, partnering with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Know how to document business processes and policies effectively
- Be proficient in and familiar with the following systems: Salesforce (administration, reporting & dashboarding) HubSpot (administration, reporting & dashboarding) Warmly Apollo 6Sense Outreach Mutiny Clay Domo Google Analytics
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of a marketing technology stack, integrating platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, 6Sense, Outreach, Google Analytics, and Domo
- Audit and enhance marketing data strategies, including managing lead lists, data enrichment, and maintaining data integrity across multiple channels
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Optimize campaign response-to-MQL processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to refine lead management, routing, scoring, and nurturing
- Build and manage a lead scoring methodology that prioritizes prospects effectively and aligns with business goals
- Define and implement email marketing strategies using platforms like HubSpot or Outreach, ensuring effective execution and alignment with objectives
- Lead A/B testing efforts to identify best practices and continuously improve marketing tactics and strategies
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for optimization
- Align marketing targets with sales objectives, fostering collaboration between teams
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure marketing teams are proficient in using tools and processes
- Effectively manage organizational change, aligning teams around new initiatives and operational improvements
