This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in operations management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in GBS, BPO, or Shared Services environments and consultancy experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across various teams and organizational levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with data analysis software and operational metrics reporting

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly meetings to engage and motivate team members
  • Analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to boost productivity, promote best practices, and achieve results
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with overall strategic objectives

  • Monitor workload, track project timelines, and address obstacles to maintain seamless workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, particularly in GBS, BPO, or Shared Services environments
  • Strong familiarity with project management principles and BPO processes
  • Consultancy experience in operations, business transformation, or process improvement is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in technology and project management tools, with a strong analytical mindset
