Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy
  • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on a face-paced team
  • Strong skillset in Google Suite with a focus on visual creation

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and help teammates while maintaining a positive and professional attitude; fostering teamwork
  • Support the execution and management of company-wide projects by ensuring project management systems are accurate and updated on a daily basis
  • Leading some projects independently
  • Support the implementation and kick-off process of all new projects
  • Provide weekly project updates to stakeholders as they relate to project-related activities
  • Drive the successful outcome of all assigned projects related to acquisitions, from kick-off through completion in alignment with the Director of Business Operations
  • Assist with assigned project initiatives, while partnering with appropriate team members (executives, leaders, other project managers, etc.) to communicate the status to the proper audience, as determined by the project
  • Work within the various BELAY systems and partner to support potential system impacts
  • Oversee and uphold key operational assets, including the BELAY Competitor Database, and Business Operations Ops Guide
  • Manage quarterly company-wide Operations Guide audit. Meeting with each designated on-time deliverables
  • Conduct research and produce Competitor Outlook reports
  • Manage competitor database within SFDC
  • Conduct research on company competitors to create and publish quarterly competitor outlook reports
  • Administer monthly client referral payouts, ensure accuracy in the payout process, and generate executive-level reports
  • Manage the company-wide client referral program by developing SOPs, serving as the primary contact, and implementing efficiency improvements and technical solutions
  • Execute the leadership-level quality assurance program by organizing monthly call observations, ensuring processes are up-to-date, producing reports and presentations on findings, and supporting related training efforts
  • Provide support and execution for any Gong-related initiatives
  • Provide support for end-of-month reporting for Business Operations initiatives
  • Oversee annual and quarterly client and contractor surveys: create surveys, manage internal and external communications, and present data findings to stakeholders
  • Conduct quarterly evaluations and enhancements of cross-departmental communication and initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency, productivity, and scalability
  • Own and update the BELAY Program Dashboard, ensuring teams on are track and the latest initiatives are captured

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer experience with Asana and prior project coordination experience
