Summary

Join a pre-IPO startup as a strategic People Operations Specialist to enhance HR processes, support day-to-day operations, and foster healthy workplace practices. Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will provide an immersive onboarding experience, develop employee engagement initiatives, maintain accurate employee records, and serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• 3-4 years of HR experience
• Master’s Degree in HR, IO psychology preferred
• Certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide an immersive onboarding experience for new hires to highlight how their role has real impact on the business and the business of our customers
• Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs
• Maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure HR data is up-to-date in HRIS systems
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues
