Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Track and report on key metrics
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with goals
• Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, reports, forecasts, and presentations
• Support the team with administrative tasks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations
