Join our team as an Amazon Operations Specialist/Generalist and oversee daily operations across multiple sales channels, including Amazon USA, Canada, and Walmart. You will manage outbound orders to Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and inbound containers to the 3PL. Responsibilities include managing a 300+ SKU catalog, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring smooth operations on various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses extensive logistics knowledge, strong import/export experience, and excellent inventory management and forecasting skills. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a focus on streamlining processes and reducing errors. You will be the operational backbone of the business, working with internal and remote teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts (US and Canada)
- Hands-on experience in supply chain operations, freight and container coordination, and 3PL logistics
- Deep understanding of Amazon FBA USA, Amazon FBA Canada, Walmart WFS shipment planning, and warehouse systems (WMS or equivalent)
- Proven ability to build and manage inventory databases, perform forecasting, and maintain replenishment accuracy
- Expertise in Amazon SEO, listing creation, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated experience building SOPs, implementing operational processes, and managing systems across remote teams
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and a detail-oriented approach

Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts with focus on FBA fulfillment, listing quality, and backend performance
- Coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers, including cross-border shipping from the US to Canada
- Monitor and optimize warehouse inventory levels, avoiding stockouts or overstocking
- Work with 3PLs and freight providers to manage container movements and restocking schedules
- Maintain compliance with Amazon’s operational policies and customs/import requirements
- Own the full backend supply chain process from factory to fulfillment
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency across order processing, replenishment, and warehouse management
- Utilize WMS or equivalent tools to manage warehouse operations and optimize workflow
- Build and manage internal inventory databases, SKUs, and product tracking tools
- Identify and implement tools or automations to streamline inventory tracking, reduce human error, and improve visibility
- Troubleshoot issues related to shipments, customs clearance, delays, and fulfillment problems
- Strong grasp of Notion to build out all operational and marketing systems - oversee compliance from all team members including management / CEO
- Create and maintain SOPs across supply chain, catalog management, fulfillment, and listing workflows
- Build and document repeatable processes that reduce manual dependencies and improve consistency
- Collaborate with internal and remote teams to ensure adoption of systems and SOPs
- Create image briefs and collaborate with graphic designers for product visuals
- Ensure product pages across marketplaces remain compliant and fully optimized
- Ensure that all products with available inventory are available and properly positioned across all marketplaces to drive sales
- Launch and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) with a focus on ROI and ACoS
- Monitor performance data via tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellics, or Data Dive
- Support expansion efforts across platforms like Walmart, Wayfair, and Home Depot
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, or similar marketplaces is a strong advantage
