Summary

The Operations Support Associate role at Xometry involves electro-mechanical assembly and testing of subassemblies and final assemblies. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment and basic metal working/machine shop skills or PCA rework and wire soldering skills are desired but not required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Mechanical builds of subassemblies & final assemblies
• Testing subassemblies & final assemblies
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and engineering documents
• Proactively identify and help address issues with the appropriate groups to assure a smooth & orderly production schedule
• Become an active member of Process Improvement Teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Basic metal working/machine shop skills, and/or basic PCA (Printed Circuit Assembly) rework and wire soldering skills
