Operations Team Lead

Summary

The job is for a Team Manager in the Operations department of Fresh Prints, a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel start-up. The role involves managing a team of Ops Associates, handling communications with vendors and customers, and setting and tracking team metrics. The position is remote and requires working night shifts from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• A total of 5 years of experience in operations of which 1+ are in a team lead/people manager role
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to make decisions without direct supervision
• Ability to negotiate positive outcomes
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Ops Associates
• Managing communications with vendors & customers
• Managing escalations from the team and solving logistical issues
• Setting and tracking team metrics
• Ensuring all goals are reached
• Having one on one meetings with your direct reports and with the AD of Operations
