Collaborate with the Internal Ops Lead to drive team strategy and enhance support quality. This role involves improving HR processes and data quality, creating and deploying efficient tools, managing strategic HR initiatives, and building strong relationships with internal teams. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or business analytics with a strong component of implementation and delivery in a fast paced environment
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Ability to diffuse conflict and work with diverse teams towards the best solution through strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management or related areas

Responsibilities

  • Improving HR related processes and data quality, to allow for insights and data driven decision making within the team and across Sword
  • Creating, deploying and promoting the adoption of tools that increase team efficiency and data quality
  • Project Management: Manage strategic HR initiatives from inception to completion, delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support seamless collaboration and program success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong drive to look for improvements in processes and drive change
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deal with different stakeholders
  • Interest in or previous experience with HR topics
