Summary
The job is for a Quality Assurance and Training team member at LawnStarter, a fast-growing marketplace in the lawn care industry. Requirements
- Must have experience working at LawnStarter
- Must have Call Center Training experience, a minimum of 1 year
- Must have Quality Assurance experience
- Experience with creating training documents, exams, and quizzes
- Experience with Google Suite programs (Or the Microsoft Equivalent)
- Experience with AWS (required)
- Experience with Zendesk (required)
- Must have a webcam and be comfortable being on camera
- Ability to provide constructive coaching and feedback
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Performs tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Responsibilities
- Learn company processes and policies to teach new hire agents
- Create any new training that needs to be implemented in the department
- Attend meetings with multiple departments
- Update and maintain the Training Database
- Occasionally assist with Quality Assurance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DominKnow (a plus)
