Requirements
- 1-2 years of marketing experience (can include Co-Op placements)
- Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experience
- Avid interest in measuring success by numbers, and able to share those insights with clients in an easy-to-understand way
- Demonstrated ability to present and speak to clients professionally and confidently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to clients
- Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
Responsibilities
- Support with the implementation of optimization tactics across Google, Facebook, Bing, Metasearch and other relevant paid media channels
- Track relevant client tickets and implement updates under the direction of an Analyst or Strategist as well as support with the coordination of media accounts through note taking, dashboard reviews, etc
- Support with accurate and timely invoicing and billing for accounts being managed based on training from senior members of the team
- Grow understanding of Google, Bing, Metasearch and FB toolset by working closely with strategists
- Assist strategists by pulling together reports and insights
- Monitor campaign budgets and results, escalating any issues as required
- Attend client status calls as required
- Optimize campaigns based on goals and review analytics to ensure goals are being achieved
- Support with traditional and third-party vendor research and campaigns as required, under the direction of a senior member of the team
- Proof dashboards, ensuring they are accurate prior to status meetings
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and developments in technology
- Draft search and social copy, as required
