Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate organic comments to ensure a positive brand presence
• Learn and grow with the team’s guidance and support
• Provide feedback on audience sentiment and engagement trends
• Collaborate with the team to improve user interactions and content ideas
• Assist with tracking and reporting social media activity
• Enforce community guidelines, content policies, and advertising standards to maintain compliance and create a safe online environment
• Take on other tasks as needed to support the team
