This fully remote role, based anywhere in Europe, involves collaborating with stakeholders to plan and deliver change initiatives, developing and implementing change management strategies, and providing guidance and support to managers. You will be responsible for creating communication and training plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring sustainable change. Requirements

  • Experience leading or supporting organisational change initiatives, such as restructuring, or other strategic cultural transformations
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and how to apply them in complex business settings
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, influence senior leaders, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering impactful change outcomes
  • Skilled in creating and delivering training and communication plans to support change initiatives
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating a fast-paced, dynamic global environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and deliver organisational change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with Moodleโ€™s strategy
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and success for key initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, assess risks, and address resistance
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in delivering strategic plans and achieving business objectives
  • Develop communication plans that clearly articulate the vision and ensure transparency throughout the change process
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver tailored training plans to engage team members and foster a positive transition
  • Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable change
