Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in facilitation, coaching, leadership development, organizational consulting, or related fields
• Prior experience working independently or as a 1099 contractor or freelancer
• Strong coaching, facilitation and communication skills with an engaging and inclusive style
• A client-centered approach and the ability to understand & adapt to different teams and organizational dynamics

• Comfort using virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, GSuite, Slack, Teams etc.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients & the sr4 team in delivering extraordinary client experiences
• Facilitate learning engagements, workshops, or 1x1 coaching sessions focused on developing holistic leaders, building cohesive teams, fostering thriving cultures or facilitating inclusive change
• Contribute to project planning, design, and delivery in partnership with our internal team & clients
• Represent sr4’s values & standards for extraordinary work in sr4 team & client interactions
• Support or lead consulting engagements based on your expertise and interest
